The ProjectZone Summit series have been created to find the answers for the ever-growing challenges faced by today's Project, Program, Portfolio, leaders and practitioners. 2nd annual ProjectZone 2010 Summit brought together the 3PM business community from across Europe at an executive level.

In April, 2010 the Summit examined real and tangible strategies, offered advice that would help you make the right decisions every day. The event sessions were designed to address the interests and challenges of a variety of stakeholders that were critical to the project management success in international organizations.

ProjectZone Summit set out and debated on the practical model of the PMO, and how it could leverage business benefits, in addition to providing best solutions for portfolio management while achieving strategic corporate objectives. The unique debate of European ®PMI Chapter Presidents focused on what the future would hold for project and program managers. Mission critical issues such as developing effective project teams, how to deal with risk at the enterprise level, how to keep projects on track have been all covered.

Unifying business management would sooner or later involve everyone within an organization, from the chairman of the board to the newest hire on a project team. ProjectZone Summit helped to make decisions needed while managing complex programs and projects or even the entire portfolio.
